Bonus Structure: Our bonus system is tied to both individual and collective performance, based on clearly defined objectives. This ensures that achievements are recognized fairly across the board.
Global Focus: While our origins are in France, we are actively expanding and developing teams internationally to better support our global operations and clients.
Onboarding Process: We aim to take the necessary time to onboard our employees thoroughly to set them up for success. This is the first time we’ve heard it being perceived differently, and we’ll reflect on your feedback to see how we can improve.
