      Pros

      There wasn't many pro's to working for Sight Scotland after the Exec Team changed.

      Cons

      The Exec team have absolutely ruined everything that Sight Scotland stood for, they have zero empathy for the service users and they 100% do not care about their staff who work tirelessly to provide a safe, nurturing, person centred service. The atmosphere at HO is toxic. The Exec Team love to pretend they care but they are the most toxic of all.

      None. Cannot recommend to work here.

      Cons

      Too many to mention but all from top leadership down. Unless this changes, there's little hope for the Services that work hard to help people with vision loss. Glassdoor still has the previous CEO listed (Mark O'Donnell) but this is Craig Spalding for a number of years now.
