I am just a slack message away. First of all, I would like to highlight that we don't encourage or recommend anyone to put a review (positive or negative) on Glassdoor or any other external platform, rather we expect people to raise their concerns with people managers, skip level or HR because that way it can be actioned quickly. We don't have a working weekend policy at all however we are a growing startup and if some goals on which we are moving slow require people to work over weekends, we have made the infrastructure ready for it. This call is not taken by the organisation but the team members and people managers collectively. You are right, we believe in creating a career path for people to grow quickly, that’s the spirit of a startup and we have been following it diligently.
