Great Company - Human Resources Staff Sifton Employee Review

Its a tough list.... not many, so I'll keep it short:

I would not recommend this company due to poor management practices, more senior corporate managers. The managers enjoy retaliating and placing blame against employees who speak up. They often play manipulative mind games instead of a fostering and supportive work environment. THEY create the toxic environment and make many of their employees feel undervalued and anxious.

You get to learn to make a lot of new dishes and can sharpen your skills

Politics and favouritism are very much a thing here.
