The culture is genuinely good for a sales org. People compete but they're not weird about it. There's a trust level between teammates that you don't always get when quota pressure is involved.
If you take ownership and build things, people notice. The opportunity is there, you just have to go get it.

Your pipeline is your responsibility. Nobody is going to hand it to you, if you're waiting on inbound to save you, this isn't the place.
