      Steady work, decent pay for my area as well as benefits.

      Cons

      Have to work a ton of ot to take home what you deserve. Rate of pay is company wide no matter what cost of living is in each state. Wisconsin is better than red bluff, thats what red bluff employees are told all the time.

      Pay is good and you do get good benefits on paper 4 day 10 hour shifts

      Cons

      All of management are friends and there is non stop drama. If you’re not part of the click, keep your head down. The benefits are through anthem and they try really hard to not pay for anything. Mandatory overtime on Fridays regularly
