      Pay is good and you do get good benefits on paper 4 day 10 hour shifts

      Cons

      All of management are friends and there is non stop drama. If you’re not part of the click, keep your head down. The benefits are through anthem and they try really hard to not pay for anything. Mandatory overtime on Fridays regularly

      Benefits and great pay. Lots of overtime.

      Cons

      They are strict on rules. First three months are difficult if you have children. Calling out counts as an occurrence against you.
