Pros
Sierra is the leader and elite manufacturer of gas flow meters There are a lot of experienced and tenured employees on staff that have a lot of legacy knowledge on our product lines Sierra was recently purchased by Berwind which now provides back end administrative, benefit/HR support on a global level, but Sierra still operates as a separate entity
Cons
Pay needs to be re-evaluated. When we were a small, family run business, there was not a lot of capital put back into employee pay because money was being reinvested into research and developing new products. Now that we are backed by a global powerhouse, pay should be reviews and adjusted .
