Pros

As stated above, there are some really good people at the company. Alot of smart people who want to work, and solve problems.

Cons

The problems start and end with this company at the CEO. I would say as a person he is a nice guy, but his actions show the complete opposite. He belittles, bullies, and harasses his employees. He is on every distro email he can be, and butts in to nearly every one. He promises things to customers he absolutely cannot deliver on, with no regard for your personal time. His expectations of his employees is astronomical, and you will never get a raise. You will be on call nearly 24/, and expected to respond to emails 24 hours a day. There is more, but that is enough to paint the picture.
