Pros
They treat the staff well during holidays with many paid and catered meals. A fun store with great product if you enjoy being active outdoors.
Cons
They’ll make you work long hours and every weekend when staffing is short. Corporate cut many hours during holiday and we were forced to work understaffed even though we had a lot of people on our team.
