      learn lot of things here only pro

      Cons

      Worst HR and their policy, All the time say it as management decision but decision maker is go. and pa. only. They both will change company policy for their convenience. No company benefits except medical insurance. monitor login and logout timings. lots of micromanagement. no laptop for freshers till they get into billing project

      Transparent Company to work with. I would definitely recommend compared to rest of the companies out there in IT & Consulting World.

      Would like personally to involve in day to day activities of the company & easy access & ability to reach higher management.

      Having a hope for H1B

      Worst Human Resouorces ever. they give false hopes and reachouts with any positions, Does Fake postings and will contact poeple for a position. Suddenly dissappears without even reply for months. Waste of time in the market, luring peoples time and energy. Dont even ask for salaries having a budget for coffee and expecting to be Spacex.
