It was like this since the beginning
Cons
An executive who still works there kept asking certain people of color to create proposals he confirmed several times that he was very interested in hiring them for or giving them a contract. They spent hundreds of hours over years creating these propsals. Not only did he not pay them, he didn't even thank them.
