Pros

Most people there are absolutely fantastic. I was always treated well. The pay is good, and the work/life balance was great. Management is truly trying to improve the product as well as streamlining processes.

Cons

Broken processes(if any) which are not communicated well. These should not be done over email. The product (especially the SaaS offering) needs to be stabilized and important changes (such as API changes) need to be communicated to not only internal employees, but customers as well. They consistently 'fly by the seat of their pants' and most of the time fall on their face and it hurts the customer. Product Management is somewhat of a mess, but I do believe they are working to make it better. Tough place to gain any sort of job satisfaction. I don't know about other departments, but my department, the work was not rewarding in any way. Management would specifically harp on the bad, and never the good. Toxicity in some teams was evident, which shows that things are not going in the right direction, culture wise.

Pros

Great place to be if you like fast paced and a daily fun challenge. Everyone helps each other out and leadership is making sure the employees have a good work/life balance despite the demanding industry we are in. Lots of room for internal growth as the company itself is growing quickly.

Cons

Normal growing pains. Not for people who like to be told what to do. This is definitely a place where you have to have you own initiative and can handle the hurdles of having to create the process yourself when needed.

Pros

The product is beautiful, Cyber is a fast paced industry to dip your feet into, very cool office and benefits. Other cyber software companies will want to hire you.

Cons

No leadership, passive aggressive negativity, literally zero work life balance. Be prepared to be on call 24/7. No culture.
