Pros
Paid well during training period but that's at it. You are knocking on doors for 5 hours.Having an hour break is also nice.
Cons
This company is very shady and I do not recommend working for this company. Everyone is slimey and will tell you things that areIn't true. I was told full benefits and 401 k but there really isn't any. They tell you that you have weekends off but you really don't. In the morning you arrive to work and hop in one of the supervisors crappy cars and go knock all day. All of the managers and employees are ex drug addicts and or are in some kind of trouble with the law. While I was there, there was a guy on house arrest and there was one guy on heroine. It's just not a good environment to work in. You are out knocking on people's doors and people are rude. It's hard to sell things to people going door to door and if you don't get leads then they get mad at you. The biggest thing that bothered me was that they would tell you things about the job like benefits and pay and they weren't true. The first day I started I asked about the benefits and my supervisor told me that there really isn't one and nobody uses it really. The building this place is in is small and shady as well. When starting out you get 400 a week for 4 weeks and then after that it's only 9.50 an hour. You make your money off making appointments but it's not worth it and this company really sucks! I don't understand how they've been in business for 28 years and they only have like 3 people knocking on doors. They can't keep anyone.
