Pros

You can get a VISA to work in Ireland You get to live in a quiet/small town (can be a con to some people) Good parties (Christmas / summer etc)

Cons

- Terrible micromanagement - they will inspect your job in every detail, telling what to do, how to do, how fast you should get. And this DISGRACE happens everyday in what was supposed to be a daily Scrum meeting. - They claim to be agile/Scrum but nothing could be further from the truth. There is no culture or agile values. It's all dictated to you. They actually use "Dark Scrum" a term coined by Ron Jeffries. Search for his article if you want more details to what's like to work there. - Their big client tells and they obey. You're just a outsourced task doer. And they got some terrible projects to work with. No new technology or anything exciting. - Some teams have absolutely no cooperation. It's all based on individualism, it's almost impossible to get support or work together in a good way. And they promote that with some kind of award to certain individual (based on a mysterious criteria). Sadly the worst job I've had during my career.
