Pros
+ stable environment + one of the biggest group in Greece + balance between work & personal life + pay on time and no mistakes are made + not penalized for mistakes (they will shout) + just show up and do what u have to do_
Cons
- such stable environment, one can think that nothing is happening - strong politics - promotions & salary increase are based on friendships (the higher the friend, more money u will get) - don't ask to change position, they wont do anything - changes happens only when there is no option to postpone for latter - you don't get any feed back for your work, there is no need to improve
