Employees have no visibility or say in the decision making processes which results in low morale and a high level of confusion and uncertainty. Lack of structure and no coherent or clearly communicated plans mean that you are constantly being assigned work that feels like busywork but deadlines with arbitrary. No one really understands what the tech here does or how it works and it appears to break constantly, but new features are constantly prioritized over maintenance or repair of existing core feature sets.
