      Working from home Nice colleagues

      Cons

      Ridiculous leave system. Required the agents to plan 1 year leave ahead and cannot be amended. I get their intention. This is to prevent everyone clearing leave last quarter of the year. But this is hard due to unforseen life events, financial considerations and logistical challenges. I hope the management can see this and remove this system. Its not feasible.

      They were great, ten out of ten recommend.

      Cons

      They changed the policy on desks to eat there! But they do have lunch place in the back and a video game area. It probably changed since Covid!
