Cons

Due to the real estate market, there have been multiple rounds of layoffs. After a large round of layoffs in Nov 2022, the company morale shifted. I feared losing my job each day, but then they restructured departments after hiring a new company President. I was always discouraged by how numbers driven the management team are, rather than focusing on what is best for their employees. They care more about their realtor/partners at the end of the day. The restructuring gave me hope and helped my team feel more secure and excited about our work. However, I was given false hope and was laid off a few months later. Looking back, it was very sneaky how they asked my entire team to update all the SOPs and create new ones 2 weeks before laying off majority of the team. They pride themselves on being transparent but the All-Hands meeting never even addressed the layoffs my team was apart of. We left feeling very unappreciated and defeated. Later, I found out the CEO was never even aware of the people who were laid off. "Direct Communication" is one of their company values...

Wonderful company with supportive team. The company is growing like crazy, it’s been very cool to see so many new agents and teams brought on across the country.
