There is a lot of flexibility, and a positive, can-do atmosphere. Management tries hard to give everyone a fair shake.

This is manufacturing and the filters don't make themselves. People have to show up to work and be efficient. Customer demands can make it stressful. Flexibility is sometimes a detriment as people take advantage of it and then the rest of the team has to pick up the slack.
