Pros
The people that work production are great people willing to learn all that the company is willing to teach then. They come to work every day and hope for good change to come.
Cons
Terrible Management is what Bankrupted the first owner, and the new owner just doesn't see it, and keeps these Managers that feel a hostel work environment is their best bet to control the worker and make them in fear of losing their jobs. When you are told with in a week of your starting day to watch your back or you will be fired..........it's not a good company to work for.
