Very bad experience - Brand Manager Siar Digital Employee Review

I had a very bad experience. My manager would call us all the time us was a micro manager. He won’t even leave us alone on off days. One of the partners is very abusive and would yell at everyone on the floor for no reason. They also promised me a salary amount when they hired me but then didn’t give me that amount. Told me I can wait for next year increment
