      Easy interview process, friendly hr.

      Cons

      Low salary, partners play politics all the time, they talk rubbish about their own CEO behind his back. They fire people for weirdest reasons. Heard that they recently fired a guy saying he does not switch on his camera in client calls, that too without any warnings. They don't have much projects. Join this company only if you can talk sweet lies to them all the time.

      Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

      Cons

      Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
