Pros
Great atmosphere. No strong hierarchy or office politics (despite being a French company). Working on interesting topics. Focus on consulting 4.0 (data science reinforced consulting) is generating interesting projects. Good work life balance. A lot of room for individual initiative.
Cons
Not all projects are equally challenging. Short-term (2-6 months), challenging projects (studies, analytics, modelling, strategy, ...) are interspersed with long-term (1-2 years), less interesting assignments (e.g. project management or business analysis for IT implementation).
