      Pros

      Had a great mentor who gave me a learning environment and challenged me the ways I needed for a career boost. Also, all of my co-workers were great.

      Cons

      Owner doesn't care about design. Just look at the website, the products, and—for the love of God—the names of everything (EZ360? Really? Is it 1964?). He wanted to steal the Zoro logo for his "Pic Zero" application. He even walked over to my desk once and to show me how to "take images from Google" to use for professional work.

      Pros

      The owner is very passionate about teaching his employees to succeed in what they do. I have learned a great deal in the time that I have been here and use the skills that the company has taught me.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast paced and can become hectic at times.

      I wish I had a positive. Maybe a few of the current employees.

      Cons

      So many to list - starting with a company run by an owner that has no idea how to run a sales business. There is no CRM tool to use - it is run off of a google doc. No training - no ramp up time. Expectation is to come in and somehow learn everything in one day through osmosis? I could list a hundred things that are wrong here - but ill just offer this to anyone even remotely considering a position here. Turn around. Walk way. Better yet....run. The stress and time wasted are not worth it.
