Pros

you get to work with many international people coming from allover the world.

Cons

Hypocrisy is over the roof. You have to keep quiet and say nothing against the board and CEO. He is God there. Also, technically, it's like a niche of technical knowledge. It's very specific and like lego. you don't make lego, but you simply use it to make shapes... not the best learning place.

Pros

I created SiPearl with Philippe Notton, its CEO. We hold the most craziest indea in the semiconductor and microprocessor industry located in Europe: developing a high-end general purpose processor competing with Intel and AMD in the supercomputer segment. Like in any startup, we have to do everyhing on our own. Our number one priority: raise funds. Our second number one priority: hire, hire, hire! After a whole carreer in the HPC industry and in large corporationb, I have to admit that I should have created my own company much earlier. I like it very much. Every day is a new challenge, every day is a new adventure on its own.

Cons

risks! But, no risk, no fun.
