      Pros

      SiFive is not that small of startup already. Nevertheless, the openness and collaboration across the board is overwhelming. You can reach out to any team member doesn't matter the seniority level and get feedback and inputs according to his specialty.

      Cons

      As any other Startup, SiFive phase is very fast and a lot of frequent changes happen on regular basis.

      Pros

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Cons

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
