      Pros

      - Work life balance - Good environment to grow knowledge of newest tech stack - Open approach that benefits the community

      Cons

      - Salary level is behind industrial standard - No work culture established yet, management varies across teams CEO and HR executive is not holding their promise to adjusting package to reflect the rise this year from other companies. When you negotiate package, all you can get is the saying that "the options will worth a lot in the future". This is complete BS as the price will only be valid at least 2 or more years later.

      Pros

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Cons

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
