      Pros

      Small company so you can do what you want during the day. Bosses are working only 2 days a week so nobody is going to control you and even when they are there they have no idea about your job.

      Cons

      They will hire you, promise full time, stable position and fire without any notice when they don't need you any more.

      I don't see any Cons for this company. It was a great to work on many contracts.

      Not micro-managers Industry experienced with connections & access to potential business Funding available via parent Co.

      Cons

      No clear & consistent communication from senior management Unrealistic approach to building & growing a customer facing site/presence Obvious timeline misses weren't addressed with responsible parties Four re-orgs. in 12-18 months... Fired Engineers willy-nilly "Expected" business didn't materialize as described nor when expected
