Pros
It is a great enterprise to work on. There are a lot of benefices, such as health plans, gympass, gift cards, and so on. We work here on projects and the team is very cooperative. You will learn everything about projects, and you will be in touch with the PMO team, UI/UX, and testers every day. There is a lot to learn and contribute.
Cons
There is not a flexible working time. At the maximum a semi-flexible, because you cannot do your work whenever you want to. If you like to program at night, forget it: this is not a place for you! The computer has a bunch of programs that limit usage and everything is controlled. The company has a metal detector at the entrance, and even your cell phone is not welcome there.
