1.Work environment is very bad specially for beginners or juniors. 2. No monitoring to raise up your technical knowledge. 3. They say that they have open door policy but actually if you go to say something, you aren’t heard. 4. Management is very bad . 5. Team leaders act like a bosses not actual leaders. 6. Not flexible, safe and professional environment.
