Pros

The team - I must admit, these people are really hard working and determined to make positive things happen. It's a family there, we'd eat together, have drinks together..etc, I had a good run with Shyft. The Product - It's a rocketship product, such an interesting space to be in, everyday was always a new challenge for me when designing, but that's the best part of my job. Impact - Everyone has the opportunity to make an impact on the revenue, product, and culture. The ball really is in your court, I was in meetings with VCs with potential funding partners, and also talking to potential customers trying to win their business. Brett's a stand up CEO, he will do what he can to make you comfortable, just understand everyone has their limits under stressful situations and times. ;)

Cons

You know, nothing I would label as a "CON" I'm sure things have changed since I worked there, so I'll let this one breath. No red flags. Only thing that might suck is the commute.. Downtown sucks and parking sucks..

Pros

Working here is the most motivated I have ever been - to come in every day and make things happen... and at this company you can. You are working so close with everyone, in every department - having a direct impact on a product that changes the lives of shift workers. The team is creative, collaborative and innovative with a lot of heart.

Cons

Still being a young team there is a lot of change happening, every day. You could be working on something one day, and the next day that project is scrapped and you are on something else. If you let it, it can be disheartening. If you embrace it, it can be motivating.
