Lots of work to do at Shuttleworth. Enjoyed the many different projects we worked on.

Because of the work load, often times our team had to work long hours.

Make a top quality product, good engineering dept to work with. A lot of dedicated people. Pretty well organized shop. World class organization overall. A lot of outstanding attention and dedication to the customers and detail goes into their product.

Half the people are great to work with, the other half not so much. A strange culture that exits driving the young blood out of the company at record rates. If your not related or a buddy of someone most likely forget it, they wont give you the time of day if you manage to work there. I thought it was just me at first but after talking to the other younger coworkers soon realized there was a huge divide among comradery with those that had been there for awhile to those that hadn't. They will treat you nasty no matter what. Some departments are better than others but I'd say 50/50 is pretty accurate. The pay and benefits are a little below average across the board as well.
