Pros
Gain good work community as we all struggled through the ever changing initiatives and direction based on the ever changing leadership.
Cons
In the 3 years I worked for this company, there were 2 CEOs 3 CMOs and 2 vice presidency of marketing. Each time C suite changed so did the brands strategies that were barely in place from the previous leadership. It was a headache trying to keep up with individual leadership personal preferences for how the teams should preform. The longest standing employee when I left was there for 3.5 years. No foundation. Yearly layoffs must be expected as it is there way. Do not expect bonuses even if goals are met. When layoffs do happen team leaders are left out of the know causing everyone confusion and mistrust during the January February time of year.
