Pros
Shure has a flexible work life and everyone is very pleasant and willing to help. They compensate well and have great benefits. It's nice to be in an environment where the market is people in a field that I am also actively a part of making my job easier/more enjoyable. Shure really wants to make an effort to be inclusive and aware of whats going on in different generations and the social climate. This makes Shure a safer space for LGBTQ individuals and as well as non cis men. Shure is also making a lot of effort to diversify their employees such as hiring more women, non-binary/trans folk which is nice.
Cons
Sometimes theres are processes in order that don't make sense and trying to implement them are difficult because of the current structure. Job responsibilities listed on application end up differing once you're on the team which can lead to confusion/frustration. Every vertical is different in how they run things and I can only speak on my experience, but having the roles defined better is something that could be improved on. It sometimes feels like people are stretched a little thin. I would advice the company to consider adding a few more positions in the verticals so that way there is a better work/life balance.
