Pros
Good work/life balance. If you love music, playing a musical instrument, audio, or acoustics, this is the place for you.
Cons
Compensation has always been on the low end of the scale. Promotions are based on favoritisms and not merit. The company is schedule driven and quality is an afterthought (i.e. “we will fix later”). The Executive Staff does not work as a team regarding leadership and direction. Various VPs have their own agendas and are self-serving.
