Pros

- Pleasing work space - Convenient access to city, expressways and airport - Friendly colleagues - Work/life balance for some - Training benefits for some

Cons

- Top heavy with Directors that don't really direct; they recommend Consultants because they don't want to be accountable for the results - Noticeable back stabbing/in-fighting among upper Management lobbing for positioning - Executive Management & Directors take credit for work they did not get involved with and take no accountability when projects fail! - Salaries not competitive with the market due to lack of audio competition in the Midwest - The wrong folks get promoted for reasons that have nothing to do with competency - Work/Life balance is there for some ... the "worker bees" put in long hours - Management allows ridiculous amount of associates to attend trade shows that cost the company way more than necessary. Four Associates share a cab and everyone asks the cabby for a blank receipt ... imagine the trade show master expense report!
