A little farther from other commercial businesses

Shur-Line has a company culture that is respectful, caring, and supportive! Their people work together very well and micromanagement doesn’t exist here. I had a difficult time in leaving this company - they become like your family. Near the end of my time here they had developed a SMART guide along with implementation a structure on who to report to if your were having issues with a coworker, manager, etc. I genuinely believe this company cares about their people.

Low pay Location Certain managers are bad but most are good
