Great experience working - Intern Shrooms Creatives Employee Review

I worked with Shrooms Creatives for more than a year. I was part of this organization at its incipient stage and saw it growing ever-since. This helped me to grow my potential and hone my skills in digital. There's no barrier to learning and exposure, provided you have the will to take that first step. 2. Great Team Dynamics & Work Environment: It was more like a home than a workplace. I have always had the support of my colleagues, team and management in putting my work in order. Novel ideas and innovation were always appreciated. I was given the creative empowerment while working. Also, people don't work here in silos, ensuring support and cooperation during the times of crisis or work overload. This has helped me to become a better team player. 3. Salary & Compensation: The organization ensures timely salary and compensates as per the skills. If you know your passion, the organization takes utmost care in helping you fulfil them. No cons as such. Since it is a growing establishment, you need to take initiative and organize things accordingly to keep up with the efficiency and high standard of the productivity they are known for.

Quite a few! Let me start from the START 1. So, the interview process was a 3 round process, which was seamless. It was a good experience as the process was more of a discussion in which I was helped. This helped me give a better performance. There was clear transparency with respect to my objectives being aligned with company objectives 2. Being the first actual job after a couple of internships, I was a bit freaked out. But the friendly atmosphere and guidance helped easily settle down 3. Guidance from the team leads and management led to a strong learning curve and improve my weak points 4. The management was kind enough to listen to any problems faced and cooperated in important matters 5. New ideas were welcomed and enthusiasm appreciated. Challenges were thrown in at periodic intervals which helped in toning the skills further 6. With respect to my performance, I was given the due credit with respect to recognition and annual raise

Not something that I have experienced personally and I know of. The challenges thrown in sometimes took a toll, but in the long run they reaped benefits. When I understood it, it all made sense.
