Flexible hours. Great team environment. Group ski days. Active days.

Can be loud. Kids can try patience.

flexible, fun environment, good hours, a chance to work for the company during busy season as well (winter when lessons are taking place)

One of the only cons of working here is the lack of structure each day at camp. The Shredder staff (managers) don't oversee the days to make sure that the camp is flowing the way they want it to....the games the give are actually helpful but in training it should be trained not suggested.
