      A lot of the people are nice

      Cons

      The company is poorly managed and there are no resources for assistance. HR is evil and can't be trusted. It's a pretty common joke among employees that we hope we never have something we need HR help on because we wouldn't know who to go to.

      Senior management doesn't listen to anyone just dictates and bullies people to her way of thinking even when she's wrong.

      Hybrid, some nice people, good benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management overall. 2 bullies for managers that create a toxic environment. No support or leadership. The company is run like a new company but it isn't. People leave the company and aren't replaced, lack of ownership. The customer service manager looks you up and down before answering your question.
