Very little comes to mind.

Senior management doesn't listen to anyone just dictates and bullies people to her way of thinking even when she's wrong.

Hybrid, some nice people, good benefits.

Bad management overall. 2 bullies for managers that create a toxic environment. No support or leadership. The company is run like a new company but it isn't. People leave the company and aren't replaced, lack of ownership. The customer service manager looks you up and down before answering your question.
