I had an awful time with Showsec. They seem to take on anyone who has a DS badge aswell. If conflict broke out I definitely would not trust the majority of the employees to watch my back. Employees definitely don't know how to deal with conflict correctly and do not have the skills to deal with situations without making it 10 times worse. I hope they never loose control of a site. (Oh wait... Wireless Festival 2015) It's a company full of jacket fillers where teamwork, organisation and communication does not exist. I felt like alot of people were only there to watch bands and try and get close to celebs, not actually caring about customer relations or focusing on the task in hand. Awful.
