Pros

The coworkers you interact with everyday make this a job worth coming to. Flexible with time off. Hours are not long.

Cons

You may be hired today and gone in a week due to budget cuts. You may work here for a year or more and be laid off when you get comfortable. This ship is sinking faster than the Titanic. Also, you work for incentives but none of that rarely gets met and if you're laid off, you won't be seeing anything you earned like incentives or PTO accrued. You won't even get a heads up a few weeks before a reduction needs to occur. They love firing people before and right after holidays. So, 'Happy Holidays' if you take the job.

Pros

Met amazing people that became true friends. Nothing bonds you like being in the trenches together.

Cons

A lot of work, hard to maintain work-life balance.

Pros

Develop Customer service skills and test you capability to survive in a fast paced environment with hardly any support. (See how fast you can swim when thrown to the Sharks.) The CEO is encouraging.

Cons

You're not given much support in learning the market, or skills you need to do your job, you're over work and WILL be penalized for mistakes made by management. (Lack of teaching or catching issues.) The HR department is too friendly and biased. People are punished for actions while the same actions go entirely overlooked when performs by others. You will get white hairs working at this place from the stress and you won't have support. Their philosophies and even atmosphere are a facade. Promises aren't kept. You will not move up. They'll just make you think you have or will. Managers/Supervisors have be known to undergo scandalous, sexual relations with employees. The encouragement from the CEO is all for false hope. For the hardest work they'll give you more trouble not reward. It's a very high school esque environment. Would make a great reality tv show. Better off to quit to move to Colorado and open your own business.
