The leadership of this organization fails in many aspects of running a company. Management mismanaged funds, approved hiring days before significant layoffs, and was absent. There was a lot of fighting at the leadership level which led to a reorganization. I observed: Sexually offensive comments from leadership Illegal labor dealings Missing money (fraud) Employees crying 16+ hour days The company hides behind a veil of modern tech but is a furniture store with suspicious dealings. Beware of the sister company Vesta Home - it is run by the same people.
