      It is quite obvious that you have to kiss up to Jane and leadership, even though everyone talks about her behind her back. There is one and only one type of person who would succeed here, and that is a super social, fake, sucking up sorority type. Jane is creating a toxic culture, going the route of Away luggage CEO.
