Says unlimited PTO ? Chef prepared meals If you are junior, just work & suffer for a year. You can put experience on your resume at least.
Cons
Those pros probably just exist to benefit CEO/Founder and the other foundation members. They act like they are cool startup, but honestly, this company is certainly not, and its just small business that provide whatever needed in Calgary events industry with mindset of paying people almost nothing. Surprisingly out-of-date styles and functions of app that never changed much since 6+years ago. Unlimited PTO, again this is just for higher ups to enjoy for themselves, and higer ups comes up with something ridiculous like work extra hours while they still pay something lower than minimum industry standard. Not sure they still do, but when i worked (prior to 2019), they offered with stock option + lower than industry standard base salary. - the truth is they probably never going to sell, which means stock means nothing. Long story short - Manager level or higher are unqualified, not worth to work
