      Because I am fairly new, I have little to no cons. Management was very organized and responded fast.

      Pros

      + Responsive and Supportive Staff + Lovely Students + Competent Administration + Friendly coworkers + Stipends are fair + Great cafeteria + Lots of varied classes and programs to teach in. + Very little micromanagement and a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      - Location is hard to get to without a car - Job is difficult if you are new as you have to learn a new grading system, and a lot of new technology - Grading is hard because you're forced to use the Japanese grading system. - Very little micromanagement could be a con if you are new.
