Pros
The reviews that read "INC 500" or "Fortune 500" are 100% written from within the company in order to put out a false image of what this company is. However, it does have a great business model with a very creative CEO who is beyond amazing and always finds creative ways to cultivate business. If you're looking at a sales position, you must be VERY motivated and creative and ready to put in the hours, because it does pay off. If not you'll be out the door fast. Be prepared to travel.
Cons
I'm not going to bash Showmedia (because I'm not a disgruntled formal employee) but, the company was very disorganized and had little corporate structure and was borderline unprofessional at times. Long hours. Bad corporate culture.
