Engineering feedbacks are embraced and encouraged. Pay hourly, so very flexible in terms of time off, you can either choose unpaid or paid time off to cover your leave.
Cons
Some overlapped management decisions from different departments cause employees confusion. The Dental insurance is free, but not good enough to help cover dental costs, and not popular enough to be in network with some clinics in town, The employer does not have any other paid options.
